Privacy Policy

This policy covers packs.vortex.llc and our five pack sites. It is written to be read, not to be survived. If anything here is unclear, email hello@vortex.llc and we will answer plainly.

1. Notice at collection

We do not collect sensitive personal information as CCPA defines it — no government identifiers, financial accounts, precise geolocation, health data, biometrics, or contents of your private communications. Please do not put controlled, classified, or export-restricted material into any field on our sites.

2. Where it goes

• Form handling and storage — service providers who process submissions on our behalf under contract, and who may not use your information for their own purposes.
• Nobody else. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not trade or rent lists.
• We may disclose information if legally compelled, or to protect someone’s safety.

3. Your California privacy rights

Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, if you are a California resident you have the right to:

• The right to know — what personal information we have collected about you, the categories, the sources, why we collected it, and who we disclosed it to. You can access your personal information at any time by asking.
• The right to delete — ask us to delete what we hold, subject to narrow legal exceptions.
• The right to correct — ask us to fix personal information that is inaccurate.
• Opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. If that ever changes, we will say so here first and provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” control before doing it.
• Limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not collect any, so there is nothing to limit.
• Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. No worse service, no different price, no withheld packs. The packs are free to everyone regardless.

4. How to make a request

Email hello@vortex.llc with what you want — access, deletion, or correction. Because we operate exclusively online, email is our request channel.

• We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 calendar days, extendable once by another 45 if we tell you why.
• We will need to match your request to our records — normally the email address you gave us. If we cannot verify it, we will say so rather than hand your data to someone else.
• An authorised agent may act for you with written permission we can verify.
• There is no charge.

5. Email you receive from us

If you give us an address, you get the thing you asked for and, if you opted in, notification when a pack you wanted exists. Every commercial email includes a working unsubscribe link and our postal address. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately and in no case more than 10 business days, and it never costs you access to anything free.

6. Children

These are business tools not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.

7. Changes

We review this policy at least once a year and whenever our collection practices change materially. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
