Terms of Use
These terms cover packs.vortex.llc, our five pack sites, and the free ops
packs you can download from them. Using the sites means you accept these terms.
1. What the packs are
Each pack is a small bundle of plain-text instruction files you paste into an AI assistant of your choosing. They are free, they run on text you provide, and they send nothing anywhere.
They are drafting aids, not professional advice. Nothing a pack produces is legal, financial, engineering, regulatory, or contractual advice, and no output is a substitute for a qualified human reviewing it. The legal packs are not legal advice and create no attorney–client relationship. AI assistants make mistakes, including confident ones — a licensed professional owns every decision.
Never paste CUI, classified, export-controlled, privileged, or otherwise restricted material into these packs or any third-party AI assistant. If you are not certain you are cleared to share something, redact it first.
2. What you can do with them
Use them at work, adapt them, and share them. You may not resell them as your own product or strip attribution and pass them off as originating elsewhere.
3. What you submit to us
The pack finder lets you write, in your own words, what you need built. That text is user-generated content and this section governs it.
- You keep ownership. Your words remain yours.
- You grant us a licence to act on it. By submitting, you grant Vortex Computation a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and act on your submission for the purpose of deciding what to build. If we build something because you asked, we owe you nothing — but we will usually make it free, and you can ask to be told when it exists.
- You warrant it is yours to send. You confirm your submission is yours or you have the right to share it, and that sending it breaks no confidentiality obligation and no third party’s rights.
- Do not send confidential or restricted material. This is a public web form. Send us the shape of the problem, not the sensitive contents of it.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use these sites to submit or transmit anything that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, malicious, or that contains malware; to impersonate anyone; to attempt to gain unauthorised access; or to automate abusive volumes of submissions. We apply rate limits to protect the service.
5. Our moderation position
We may remove any submission, for any reason or none, without notice. We are under no obligation to monitor, review, or retain submissions, and choosing to remove one does not commit us to reviewing others. We are not responsible for content submitted by users, and views expressed in submissions are the submitter’s, not ours.
6. Copyright and DMCA
If you believe material on these sites infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent that includes: your signature (electronic is fine); identification of the work; identification of the material and where to find it; your contact details; a statement of good-faith belief the use is unauthorised; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorised to act.
Designated agent: Vortex Computation, 4651 Babcock St NE STE 18-320, Palm Bay, FL 32905 · hello@vortex.llc
We remove or disable material we conclude is infringing, and we terminate repeat infringers. You may submit a counter-notice if you believe material was removed in error.
7. Reporting a problem
To report abuse, a legal concern, or anything else, email hello@vortex.llc. To report an accessibility barrier, see our accessibility statement.
8. No warranty
The sites and packs are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the packs will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or suitable for your situation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vortex Computation is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of the sites or packs — including any decision made in reliance on an output. These are free tools; you use them at your own risk and a qualified human owns the outcome.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above always reflects the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
